Call for Vendors
Registration Fee: Registration fee is $60 per table and must accompany your 2019 Application Form. Please make your cheque payable to St. Olave’s Anglican Church.
Exhibitor’s Information: Exhibitors must be present at the show and sale during open hours. Exhibitors are responsible for their own sales and tax collection (as applicable).
Display Area: Each display area will include a 6’ table, assigned by St. Olave’s, and 2 chairs. Vendors will be responsible for their own set-up and take-down. Displays are not to overlap their area. Vertical display stands are permitted, if free- standing. Electrical outlets will not be available.
Set-Up: Set-up time is on Friday, November 15 at St. Olave’s Church Parish Hall (lower level) from 7 to 9 p.m. The church will also be open to vendors on Saturday, November 16 from 8 a.m. The event is open to the public on Saturday at 10 a.m. Vendors are not to dismantle their displays until after closing, at 4 p.m.
Publicity: The Christmas Craft Show will be promoted through posters, flyers, local papers, the church bulletin, newsletter, website and social media. Vendors are encouraged to distribute flyers and use their own online resources to publicize the event.
